Bertukar Dari Klinik ke Industri Untuk 3 Bulan | Semenjak isnin yang lepas, cik en nampaknya dah berubah arah dan hati disebabkan cik en Bertukar Dari Klinik ke Industri Untuk 3 Bulan akan datang. Jadi selepas ini, instagram cik en dipenuhi swapfoto cik en saja la yerk. Hahahaha. Tapi sebab apa cik en bertukar ini? Ada kesalahan tata tertib ke? Berbeza di bahagian kesihatan, cik en lebih menumpu kepada kesihatan haiwan kesayangan di klinik dan rawatan ruminan di lapangan. Masa di bahagian kesihatan, cik en selesa berseluar dan berbaju t-shirt sebabnya kita dalam keadaan stanby menerima kes kes rawatan. Di bahagian kesihatan, lebih mencabar dan menguji ketahanan fizikal cik en. Memang ngam la dengan perwatakan cik en.

Di bahagian permit dan industri, kerjanya lebih kepada hal hal di pejabat. So berbaju kurung la cik en. Memakai koleksi baju kurung di almari cik en. Hahahhaha. Bahagian permit ini dibawah kesihatan juga tapi ianya menumpukan permit pengeluaran ternakan seperti babi, lembu, kerbau, kambing, ayam dan telur. Setiap haiwan yang perlu dibawa dari satu negeri ke satu negeri atau dari satu tempat ke satu tempat dengan menggunakan kenderaan, permohonan permit perlu dibuat di pejabat perkhidmatan veterinar daerah. Nanti cik en akan terangkan lebih lanjut dalam entri yang lain ye. Untuk bahagian industri pula, cik en perlu menguruskan setiap lesen lesen ternakan seperti lesen ayam dan babi. Selain itu semua yang berkaitan dengan lesen seperti kompoun, surat amaran pun di bawah industri. Tapi skop industri besar dan cik en akan buat satu entri untuk bahagian ini nanti untuk korang nampak apa fungsi fungsi setiap bahagian. 

Sesekali bertukar bahagian ini memang best tapi sangat stress buat masa permulaan ini. Iyelah, ramai peternak ayam cik en tak kenal. So tak boleh nak bercakap lebih disebabkan ianya related dengan sebelum sebelum ini. Selain itu, kita sambung kerja orang lain ini lain sikit. Trick dan skill itu masih tak ada dalam melayan peternak penternak ini. Sekarang ini cik en perlu serahkan lesen lesen ayam yang akan tamat tempoh bulan depan jadi cik en agak sibuk dan kelam kabut. Settle saja, insyallah cik en akan rajin mengupdate blog ini. hihihi.

Jabatan Perikanan Malaysia (DOF) pula menjangkakan dengan penggunan teknologi dan usaha penambahbaikan resepi bersesuaian dengan citarasa tempatan serta promosi berterusan, permintaan ke atas produk baru sate tuna ini boleh mencecah sehingga 50 ribu cucuk sebulan di seluruh Malaysia
